How to make sure a life without health issues? Is medical check up is reliable. There are multiple opinion on this. For example under normal condition a ECG do not show up even if have a heart issue. It can show only when you do with a pain on your chest etc. Scanning machines can not give you a realistic picture. Similarly other tests also. I do not know about this. I read it somewhere. Please help me to clarify this.

Tests are mostly very unreliable for predicting the future. They are fairly advanced for diagnosis of diseases. For life without health issues you need a scientific approach, following misguided people and general misinformation will cause health problems. Start by discussing food habits of people who are 90 and healthy. Or if desired, discuss on phone. Best wishes.
