My wife having frequent blood vomit of bright red colour for last one year her age is 25. I have gone through endoscopy hrct and x ray and all the reports are normal. Now doc have given me etamsylate 400 mg 3 times in a day for one month. Is this medicine is safe.

Ethamsylate is not the solution. First of all it is necessary to reach the final diagnosis and then u should proceed for the treatment. Sometimes blood vomiting is also due to Acid peptic disorders. So I would advise u not to take oily spicy and junk food. Take proper sleep at night. Take Ayurved treatment to pacify pitta dosha. U may take Syrup Sucralfate before food for few days. Plz rule out clotting disorders.
