Immediately upon sucking the LOFTAIR INHALER I start coughing and cannot hold the Medicines in my lungs. What can I do? Please advise.

This particular inhaler has peculiar for a sudden cough upon first usage. However the medicine gets adequately delivered despite the cough and you need not worry regarding poor lung deposition of the medicine. Continue the medicine. Its ok even if you are not able to hold your breath due to the cough. Take make sure that you take a deep breath. That will ensure good lung deposition of the medicine. Take care.
