I am 22 years old. Female. I've been told that i am affected by ocular bulbar myasthenia. First it blurred my eyes and double visions and then slurred speech after that difficulty in swallowing. Got admitted in aug 2014 & I was there for 2 months. And then was taking Prednisolones, pyridostigmines & azathiopirnes regularly and tapered it to just pyrid & azoron. I left taking meds and I was fine during my marriage (june 2015). Now I have no trouble with swallowing or eyes. But having slurred speech. Is it really coz of myasthenia or some related to cold. I mean whenever I have cold I can't blow out. During first two days I'll have running nose and then thats it. I ll sneeze and then I'll have blocked nose and my voice changes. Can any one help me with this? I have stopped meds. Should I take the mg tabs or just go with another doc for this cold prob?

Hello, as per your disease condition problems with speech/eye/swallowing is related to myasthenia gravis. For the current cold and coryza you can consult nearby gp or md medicine Dr. I advice you to start homoeopathy for your disease state that can be beneficial for you along with other modes of treatment. Thanks.
