My fasting sugars are high around 130 to 140 but pp is controlled 130 I take bigomet sr 500 after dinner but my fasting level is always high.

Mr. lybrate-user Thanks for the query. Fasting 130 mg is high, however if your PP is well controlled there is no reason to worry. Please look at HbA1c%. That will give a clear idea about long term glucose control. Another important aspect is if you reduce weight, that itself will help in bringing over all glucose levels. Thanks.
