Hi, I have suffered paranoid schizophrenia. I have also have kind of bipolar disorder. I tend have sleep disorder. I am taking homeopathic treatment as well as allopathy treatment. I am taking Lithosun Sr and salads OD 300. I have gained a lot of weight. I am 92 Kg now. I smoke a lot around 20 ciggerates a day. Please tell how could I control my urge to smoke and be fit. I want to be 74 KG. I used to be. I lack motivation to exercise.

Since you are already on medication I suggest you talk to your treating Psychiatrist and convey your current symptoms to them. It is possible that some changes in medication dosages will help improve the symptoms.
