I have sentinel piles problem since 1 year. I started using anobliss cream since 15 days. I got relief from severe pain itching and bleeding. I also had constipation problem but with time it got reduced when I started eating amla. But after defecation tissue inside my rectum swells and I get minor amount of pain. Will this problem subside with time or can you please suggest medication for this.

Yes it will subside good thing is that you are responding to treatment. Also do sitz bath thrice a day. Contact a general surgeon.
