I am suffering from Chronic Rhinosinusitis, Allergic Bronchitis. What not all upper respiratory ailments. It has been almost 20 yrs. Now I am on continuous medication -Antibiotics from past 2 mths. The moment I stop medicines, it relapses. Thick greenish phlegm expels ,too much of cough, nasal congestion. I do nasal douching two times a day, steam inhalation 3 times a day. Apply Mandls Paint for my throat. I do Betadine gargling 3 times a day. Do not eat cold and fried food from many years. My Master health check up is done and all diagnostics are normal including, my Absolute eosinophil, thyroid,cholesterol, Sugar,BP, Chest X ray all are normal I am not finding any solution. I am very upset as I feel there is no remedy.
