I am unprotected vaginal sex single exposer with a girl. Later 9 months I known she is hiv positive. Followup test: Ofter 9 months western blot negative. 16 months post exposure hiv rna qualitative result: not detected 4th generation alere combo :negative. Elisa total std panel: negative But my cd4 count is :1050 Cd8 count is :1230 absolute lympcyt count: 3450 Cd4/ cd8 ratio: 0.85 High cd8 count and lymphocytes count. Low cd4/cd8 ratio. Why cd8 count high and low cd4/ cd8 ratio. This is normal. Any further test needed. I am 100% negative.

Dear lybrate-user, It seems you have gone mad and doing repeated un-indicated tests and spending unnecessarily. You have done enough HIV tests, no more test needed. Pl do HBsAg and VDRL tests. Then take Private Consult with Audio-Video chat, so that I can guide you properly.
