I have pile problem from long time but it very small in size. I daily eats fruits for fiber and drink good amount of water. But from last 3-4 days I am facing hard stool and I am feeling heat in stomach and need 2-3 time to clear stomach. Because of hard pop and heat in stomach piles area are paining. Please suggest which medicine I will take for relief or should I go to doctor for consult. Please suggest.
