I hv 5 years baby girl now want baby boy fir that we are trying. Earlier I hv pcod problem but since 1 years I am regular in my periods we mer gynecologist also before 4 months they said no required any medicine. Try normal. But still I am not conceive. please suggest.

First most important point to understand is that there is no treatment for getting baby boy only and absolute no guarantee that you will have baby boy, may get girl. If that is ok with you then - Pregnancy can occur only one day of cycle that is ovulation day so unprotected sex around that day only important. As only one day in month nature should be given 12-24 trials (12 to 24 months) before couple need any active management by Gynecologist or infertility specialist.
