My 3 years daughter has been hospitalized from 3 days. She has showed symptom like running nose, ommiting, shivering and fever. On admission (10.30 night) doctor given Ceftriaxone 250 mg + mikacin 100 mg through iv Day 0+1 morning 250 mg ceftriaxone. + mikacin 100 mg through iv Blood urine report normal-blood cbc, hb 9.4, Hypochromia ++ normocytic RBC, neutrophil 79%, no malarial parasites, no jaundice, urine normal, 0+1 Night treatment 750 mg + mikacin 100 mg through iv Same for 0+2 days But fever comes periodically at 7 am, 12 am and 6 pm 0+3 morning 250 mg + mikacin 100 mg through iv + Chloroquine 12 ml 0+3 night 750 mg + mikacin 100 mg through iv Even though fever comes periodically.
