No such tumor markers to test breast and lung cancer. Certain blood tests can lead/guide but these are non specific tests.

Usually a low dose CT scan is done for screening of lung cancer is chronic smokers. If a patient is symptomatic with blood in cough or breathlessness, then a contrast enhanced CT Scan would be done. With other investigations is some finding suggestive of cancer on the CT Scan. CEA is a tumor marker, which is sometimes done after lung cancer is diagnosed for follow up. Breast cancer is usually screened by a Xray mammogram. MRI is done for screening in young females with hereditary or high risk of breast cancer. If you are symptomatic, please see a breast surgeon or a cancer surgeon, who would assess clinically and then order investigations accordingly. CA-15.3 is a tumor marker, but again not used for screening, but done sometimes after Breast cancer is diagnosed, for follow up.

There are no tumor markers for lung and breast cancers. But circulating tumor cells can be used as tumor markers. Needs to see you for examination and analysis.
