Sir, I have tested blood and found normal, but how I identify the following organs are working or not normal. I.e. 1. Heart blockage or other. 2. Cancer. Etc.

Heart blockage can be seen on angiography. It is usually done if you have any symptoms and if stress test is positive. Cancer screening (to detect at earlier stage) is recommended for following Breast cancer with mammogram for those aged 45-75 years, every 2-3 years. Cervical cancer screening with Pap smear or HPV DNA age 26-55 in females every 3-5 yearly. Prostate cancer screening with PSA level after age 50 in males Lung cancer screening in those with high risk due to heavy smoking (10 pack years) Fecal Occult blood test for colon cancer Colonoscopy for high risk familial colon cancer OGD SCOPY for those at high Risk of esophageal or familial stomach cancer.
