Hello sir/mem. I have done CMIA hiv test after 10 years of exposure. But the result came negative and I had also done rt pcr for hiv 1 and 2 but both came negative. And my cd4 is 428 .so please tell me do I have hiv or not. I was suffering from abdominal pain from the last one year .I have also dry mouth. Body pain.. Fever .so please help me are my all result correct or not .or the result show false negative due to immune suppression. please help me.
