Dear Doctor's, I am having increased sugar level. Currently my sugar level remains in the range of 250-350 (you can treat it as random). I am on medication since 2007 and since last 5-6 years I am taking glimaday HS (daily 1 each in morning and evening) and Onglyza 5 mg (1 every evening). But my sugar level is not reaching to normal despite of the fact, I am having light diet. I take two chapati's in morning and have 2 plan paratha in lunch and 2 plain tandoori roti or 100-150 grams of veg/chicken biryani in night. I rarely take tea with sugar. Now, I just want the formula to calculate & reduce the sugar level to in-between 80-150. Please suggest the way-out.
