Undergone a myomectomy on 27th Oct?17 to remove 3 fibroids-15 cm, 5 cm and a seedling. I also had grade 4 endometriosis and right ovary cyst that were also removed during this surgery. Though it was a minimally invasive surgery but I had a major blood loss during the process and it became a complicated case. After surgery I was put on endoreg 2 mg that didn?t really work for me. So finally I was put on Lupride Acetate injections starting 18th Dec?18. And experiencing severe side effects- hot flashes, pain in joints especially knees, swelling feet, extreme mood swings, depression, etc. 1st injection-18th Dec?18 2nd injection- 18th Jan?19 3rd injection- 18th Feb?19 During these months I did not get my periods and still awaiting. But was sexually active and had it without protection a couple of times, especially since last month as I assumed that conception is not possible as there is no menstruation. It?s been more than 6 weeks that I had my last injection. When should I get my periods? And since a couple of days I am experiencing periods like cramps, stomach upset causing multiple loose stools (for no reason as I am strict about my diet and routine), and since yesterday I am feeling extremely wet down there with a water like discharge. Is it an indication that I am going to get my periods soon? Or any indication towards pregnancy? I have appointment scheduled with my gynaecologist this weekend but till then I will be in a major dilemma as waiting is tougher with so many thoughts on mind. Please guide.
