My pulse rate is 75-80 is it normal. What is normal pulse rate while sleeping or resting. And o colour of nails that goes red while we press the tip indicates the blood level in body, my nail colour do not turn too red it remains general as it was.

All your sypmtoms are normal. You should go for a routine medical check-up (visit your doctor) at least once a year as a preventive health check up along with basic tests. A normal heart rate is between 60-100 beats per minute at rest (sitting, relaxing, etc.) TO check hemoglobin level either visit us so that physical examination can be done or go for Haemogram test (CBC) to find out Hb level. Do revert back with the reports.
