I have my 2d echo and tmt done twice. Both are normal. I have no blood pressure or sugar. But I feel pain sometime in chest. Still there is chance of heart disease. Local doctor says it's muscular pain. But I am not convinced.

Well, being so health conscious, I am sure you are a non-smoker. Also, I assume that you haven't a strong family history of Heart Disease and your Lipids are normal. Given your history and risk assessment, the chances of you having Coronary Heart Diseases miniscule. But, despite all these, if are still in doubt and this thought keeps bothering, you may get your CT Angio and/or Stress Echo/ Thallium Scan done to completely exclude the disease. Wishing you all the best.
