Please suggest a solution for a chronic problem. My fasting sugar range from 108 to 125 And pp levees is 140. Random sugar level is mostly around 140. My hb1ac is 6.8 I am a male 56 years weights 100 kgs. Kindly suggest something to avoid allopathic medicine. My hb1ac has come as 6.8 My age is 56 years Height 5 ft 9 inches. Weight is 100 kgs.
