Dear Mr. lybrate-user, The best treatment to treat Gynecomastia is surgery, where excess fat is removed which is followed by removal of breast tissue or glands. For best results VASER liposuction can be used to remove the excess fat. This can be done on a daycare basis. The procedure will take approximately one hour. You will need to take rest for 2-3 days after the procedure. You can resume your normal activities after 3 days with some precautions like you have to avoid heavy weight lifting 6 weeks after the procedure and also you will need to wear a compression garment for 6 weeks after the procedure.
