I am having severe gout pain. It is coming on and off from last 1 month. What to do. I am preventing it with pain killer and xyloric 100 mg. But still another day I am getting.

Xyloric will not help you in relieving pain of gout. You have to take colchicin and anti inflammatory analgesics under supervision of a Physician. Xyloric is prescribed to reduce serum uric acid to prevent gout attacks and aother bad effects of high uric acid.
