I am a 20 year old boy. While masturbation, the ejaculation occurs within 20 seconds. What should I do to stop this premature ejaculation? Also my penis foreskin is hard, it pain while moving ti too and fro also the top of the penis does not come's out and is way too sensitive. Please help.
