Medical abortion at 3 months pregnancy is not at all advisable ,going for medical abortion at this time will be very risky for the patient. If this pregnancy was unwanted you should have gone for termination much earlier. Immediately consult a gynaecologist in person ,she will do the needful ,the girl should inform her parents and go to the doctor with her parents.
