I was taking intalith cr 450 mg twice a day for a year but 1-2 months ago, doctor in AIIMS hospital switched me to lithosun Sr 400 mg, which I'm also taking twice a day. After this change, I feel unusual feeling, heaviness in nerves and muscles below my lips, that is my chin. I fell as if my lower part of face, may get twisted as I started to feel this kind of abnormality. Kindly let me know how can I overcome this health issue, as this creates problem for me a lot?

You must estimate serum Lithium level. Blood sample to be taken in morning hours in empty stomach. Only getting the report we can give further course of action. Meanwhile take plenty of water and avoid other contraindicated medication during lithium therapy.
