I have anal fissure from past 1 n half month now m using the prescribed medicines n ointments. Now I feel a different pain when I apply the ointment it dosent hurt but when I walk or pass stools it does hurts for hours but deep inside. What is this did I got a fissure deep inside or I got a fistula? What r symptoms of fistula or is it just my fissures are healing as I regularly take my sitz baths 2-3 times a day.
