ULTRASOUND ABDOMEN: The right kidney is measuring 10. 5x4.2 cm and the left kidney is measuring 11. 3x5.1 cm. A 08 mm calculus is seen in the lower calyx of the right kidney. Another 13 mm calculus is seen in the lower calyx of the left kidney. The pelvicalyceal system appears normal. There is no evidence of any space-occupying lesion. Hydronephrosis or hydroureter in either kidney no peri-nephric collection detectable ultrasonically. The liver is of normal in size, shape and echo pattern. There is no ultrasonic evidence of a focal mass lesion. GB appears normal portal vein and CGB measure within normal limit. Bilateral renal calculi with out obstructive changes. Please I kindly request you, Dr. Javid Tahir, if you give me enough information about the above-mentioned diseases, and also what kind of medicine I must use to free released from stones and such a problem.
