First TPHA - may 2014 got treated by single dose of Benzathine Penicillin 1.2, second time again in may 2017 found titers reactive 1: 64 and took Benzathine Penicillin three dose 1.2L in each butt for three weeks but till now (jan 2018) its reactive and hence took Benzathine Penicillin 1.2L three dose in three weeks of feb 2018. Now april 2018 - its reactive in dilution. I don't know why after taking treatment its not going can anyone tell me if any more treatment is required to get rid of this finally? Is it dangerous and can reoccur?

No further treatment required for decreasing titres, Also it takes lots of time for antibody titre to settle down and this is normal.
