Pain full piles or fissures since 3 days. Took ayurvedic and english medicines. Not reduced slightly bleeding. Have got piles before twice and healed. Now again non bearable pain, swelling beside earlier piles is there. Very difficult to sit walk. Burning sensation. Wat to do as preliminary care.
