I have red spots on thighs from 3 days and increasing regularly with itching. What should I do?

Red spots on your thighs are the allergic rashes which increases on itching. Allergy occurs due to various reasons like medication, intake of oily food, exposure to cold weather, dustmite or pollen. Find out the cause for your allergy and stay away from it. You can apply sandal paste or calamine lotion on the affected part. Avoid oily food and nuts. You can take anti allergic tablets internally for 3-4 days (tab allerin 1-1-1 with water}
