Dear Mr. lybrate-user, you have two problems which are related and may be exacerbating each other. Your chest problem may be due to long standing dust allergy. Any way please contact an allergist who will deal eith your duist allergy problem and if he happens to be pulmonologist as well he can help you with your chest problem, otherwise see apulmonologist as well.
