I am azoospermia man (non obstructive Azoospermia) with Sertoli cell only syndrome. This was based on a test done in 2011 and my recent Semen analysis test on 21 Mar also showed Nil sperms. My girl's LMP was 25 Feb. We had sex on 5 Mar with Condom and then 10 and 16 March without protection. She had pain in her breast around 19 Mar and through blood test found her prolactin was high 33. So doctor gave her Cabgolin for 6 weeks. She was taking anti depressant for a vet long time and had very high stress levels. She did not get her periods till date. In between on 31 Mar a home Urine test showed negative result. Then she had viral fever and in the blood test for thyroid TSH showed 10. 8 mg/ul. Starting 8 Apr she has milk discharge from both breasts. She still didn't get her periods for March till now. Now she sees whitish milky thread like discharge which usually comes during ovulation. Could this be ovulation? OR Can she be pregnant or did she miss her periods due to prolactin and Tsh being high? Also the fact that as a azoospermia man my body does not produce sperms can she still be pregnant? Can she have periods normally this month after not having periods last month and not being pregnant?

Delayed periods could be due to raised tsh and prolactin levels. Antidepressant medicines also cause galactorrhea (milk secretion). As you are azoospermia she cannot be pregnant.
