My husband is taking human mixtard insulin two times With Tab amaryl 2 in morning for last 7 yrs. His sugar shoot up during afternoon & evening like 300 but down 80 in NIGHT. HB1AC IS 8.5 last report please suggest it is because of amaryl not working or any other reason.
