Doctor My brother Age 28 is suffering from a pain in the back of the head and spinal cord very Hardly and also he is not comfortable while sleeping. Please suggest me a remedy to improve the condition.

Dear lybrate-user, Usually pain arising from back of neck and aggravated with position is either of musculoskeletal or neural (arising from nerves) in origin. At his age, we would like to know whether he had prior history of trauma or not. Anyway it would be ideal if you take him to a doctor for a thorough examination. Please remember, at his age we also need to rule out inflammatory arthritis. So, ask to notice whether there is early morning stiffness, involvement of other joints. Also please note whether there is any radiation of the pain in a particular distribution. Hope he improves soon! All the best!
