Hello, I am 17 years old, I was suffering from severe cough and cold from 3 months but I am okay from about a month now but still I don't feel as I used to. I still get bulgum in my throat and it still pains a little in my throat. I did take all the medicines properly. I again consulted to an ENT specialist and he said that this is post viral infection but then also for how many days will it be? Please suggest me something.

Warm saline gargles three to four times a day for 7-10 days. Steam inhalation every 4 hours. Avoid allergens ,irritants, get a spirometry done. Consult a pulmonologist with the reports. Wish you good health.
