My cousin had mild Vitiligo when she was about 8-10 years old. After her parents provided her treatment of it, they gone disappeared within year or so and she discontinued medication since then. She is now 21.5 years old. So is there any chances of getting that vitiligo back in later life again? Can the vitiligo virus can get active again?

Hello, Vitiligo is not a viral infection its a autoimmune disease. And it does not spread to others. The treatment in stable vitiligo is lasting. Consult a dermatologist if it get reactivated again.
