This is scanning report of my 30 years old female friend after 4 cycle of chemo ?Irregularly and diffusely thanked wall of gall bladder in fundus and body showing focal loss of cleavage with liver undersurface and further intra-hepatic extension involving entire segment 4 and focally segment 5 showing a large ill-defined hypodense area showing mixed and peripheral enhancement on contrast. ?The pericholecystic fat planes are showing focal ground glassing. ?Multiple enlarged nodes are seen in porta hepatic and pancreatic ? duodenal area. ?Minimal free fluid in pelvis On the basis of this report few doctor suggested not to go for further treatment but one doctor suggesting for continue chemotherapy. Don't no what to do please advice.
