Hi. Im 25 years old. I had suffer from brain problems last 1 and half year. I always feel sleepy. Vertigo and problem to see moving object. Cannot go to crowded area. I had MRI CT scan. But all is normal. What I should do?

Vertigo with normal MRI/CT appears to be because of problem in inner ear/cervical spine/positional vertigo. You would need a detailed ENT checkup, neurological check up, pure tone/impedance audiometrey/nystagmography to arrive at the diagnosis. Treatment would be advised as per the diagnosis. Meneire's disease also needs considerations in your case before arriving at the correct diagnosis.
