I am suffering from anal fissure. I delivered a baby 1.5 months ago and after that this problem has increased. I consulted many doctors but no gains. Today I consulted one surgeon. He suggested cremaffin syrup and caldob cream and antibiotics oflotas and lyser d. Kindly tell me are these antibiotics safe as I am breastfeeding mother.

As you are having fissure in Ano ,You should avoid constipation .Take Seitz bath .apply Shield ointment. No need of taking Antibiotics.
