Sir, I am a student and recently got my lymph node tb treated by 3 months akt4 and then 4 months akt 3, but now new node has developed and again I have lost too much weight, so have my tb gone in drug resistant stage.

The lymph node aspirate or the excised lymph node should be subjected to mycobacterial culture and sensitivity. These will establish drug resistance if any and thereby address your fears. Consult a pulmonologist with the reports and previous treatment records. Wish you speedy recovery.
