She is 45 and had a pain in both of her breast ,it pain even when she touches them but pain is not continues and she had also felt some growth in both breast .She had a menopause 4 years back. What can be these symptoms of .Is it a serious issue?

If you have felt a lump in the breast, it is better to show it to a Breast Surgeons a Surgical oncologist. They would take a detailed history and examine you and if need be, ask for an ultrasound examination. Breast cysts are common cause of pain Gul lumps for women in their 40's. And usually settle with aspiration. Also they need to rule out other causes of pain like trauma with fat necrosis, abscess, fibrocystic changes, phylloides tumor or rarely cancer.
