I am pregnant from 3 weeks. My hands are suddenly starts paining daily at night. This is happening from last one week. Please give me solution for this.

Hello lybrate-user, Such type of pain can occur during pregnancy due to changes in the hormone levels that occurs. It will definitely get relieved after delivery. But for now, what you can do is start doing exercises for hand muscles. Take a squeezing ball and do squeezing exercises with hand. This should provide some relief. And obviously you should avoid taking any medicine for pain, especially during first 3 months of pregnancy as it can cause harm to the growing baby. Hope you get relief.
