Dear Lybrateuser, you have not mentioned the duration of your present ATT therapy, TB treatment is a step wise therapy and no doctor will go beyond the time period, until proven otherwise. You should have patience and please don't change / switch / alter TB medicines or their doses. Kindly complete your course and you can always have a second opinion from a Pulmonologist.
