We cannot predict the exact time.. we can give right treatment... but there are many factors responsible... by which the recovery can be delayed... so just follow the instructions given and if the desired results doesn't come then informed it to doctor.... It is not necessary that each and every case should be alright in first day... Some viral fevers can take 4-7 days to go... i hope you understand..
