I am 8 months pregnant. I wanted to ask that during the 9 months of pregnancy, anomaly scan (sonography) is done how many times? Earlier I was told by my gynaecologist that it will be done in 5th month and 8th month as well but my next gynaecologist (I changed due to some reasons) told that anomaly scan is done only once around 5 months. It's not needed now. Now she will do color Doppler sonography. So, I am confused now that what's correct. Please clarify me.
