Hi, I am HIV positive (HIV 1) and on ART (Viraday) for last 8 months. Thanks to it my viral load is undetectable and cd 4 count is above 450. But I feel like my current medication is taxing me a lot and there are cheaper alternative like avonza and triomune available. Or should I continue with viraday for more improvement? I also know government provides free medication but in my state the availability of such treatment is not consistent and people are pushed to buy art from market. Please guide me.

All tablets mentioned by you are different. They have different combinations and and composition. How can you compare medicine having different composition. I want to give a info to all people on ART via this reply that NEVER and NEVER change your medication unless decided by your doctor. These are very prone for resistance and if changed without doctors recommendations, they might stop working or may even cause some problems. So don't do it. Kindly consult your Dr. for rest details. Thanks.
