I have elevated ALP, GGT, TSH, Good Cholesterol and ESR Westergen. Can you explain what I should interpret from my test. I am already taking medicine for tsh, my t3 t4 is normal. Is this elevation related to thyroid or some other problem like liver problem. Kindly assist.

Lybrate-user ji, Thanks for the query. Since no values are mentioned, it is difficult to comment. High TSH is suggestive of inadequate dosage of levothyroxine. Sometimes due to hypothyroidism lipid profile is also affected. Increase in liver enzymes is probably indicating towards fatty liver. Thanks.
