My daughter suffering from thyroglossal cyst it was removed by surgery ,bone also removed now she suffering from sinus at the same area & there are some discharge also. So what can I do now? She is 7 years old and 24 kg.

Unfortunately, a persistent sinus means that your previous surgeon did not completely remove the thyroglossal cyst. This means that her neck will have to be re-explored and the entire sinus tract removed in-toto! My suggestion is to meet a very experienced Head & Neck Surgeon to do this, so as to leave behind as minimal a scar as possible!
