I have a burning sensation at the tip of my penis when I urinate, this pain or discomfort is during start and end of peeing. Some times there is itching sensation at the tip below the penis ,some times near anus. I also observed some discharge in my underwear not much just 1 to 2 drops of stains. I have been drinking lot of water and there are no urologist near by. I have oflox-400 tablet at home, can I eat it? I did not have sex in last 4 days also I am a single partner man and even my partner is. Suggest me if I can have that tablet or any other. There are no issues on the fore skin of penis so nothing outside just Burns when peeing with split stream.
