Hi, frist thing you should take 5 to 6 lit. As you are living near to Costa areas due to humid weather needs more water. Fissure-ano is due to hard stool & hard stool due to hyper acidity, indigestion etc. I can't understand the security of fissure-ano if more pain please come to my hospital we do Operations by kshar-sutra /kshar by Ayurveda methods.
